Telenet Service allows you to add up to five advanced features to your existing phone.  These features are easy to use, faster to connect and more convenient to you.

Why Telenet?

Abbreviated Dialling

This feature makes dialling frequently called numbers quick and simple.  Once this feature is installed, your telephone will be able to memorize the numbers you often call.  All you have to do to call one of these numbers is to dial two digits instead of the six you would normally have to dial.  It’s even easier to call your regular number. You can store your most important number. 

Call Waiting

This feature allows you to take a second call by putting your first call on hold.  If someone is trying to call you when you’re already on the phone, you will hear a tone.  You can then put the first call on hold while you answer the second call.  This allows you taking two calls at one time without missing any important call.

3 Party Conference Call

This feature lets you turn your phone into a conference line and allows you to speak to more than one person at the same time.  You are able to put one person on hold while you speak to the other or you can have both parties on the line at the same time.

Call Transfer

If you are away from home but are expecting a phone call, this feature allows you to automatically transfer the call to the number at which you’ll be.  Calls can be transferred to any other number within Fiji so you’ll never miss another important call.

IDD Password

This feature helps stop unauthorized overseas calls being made from your phone, yo can give your phone a code number.  It enables you to control usage of your phone by requiring callers to enter a PIN before allowing international calls to be made from your phone.  With this feature, overseas calls can only be made after your code number has been dialled.  This will stop calls being made without your permission.

Pricing

  • Once-off fee: $7.03 [VIP]
  • Telenet rental: $2.81 [VIP] per month
  • Each feature: $0.71 [VIP] per month

Conference Call

The caller initiating the conference will pay standard call charges for each call in the conferenceCall

Transfer

The caller pays for the call to your phone and you pay for the cost from your phone to the phone you redirected the call to.
