What is QuickDial? QuickDial is Telecom Fiji's prepaid residential and small business(2 lines & less) service that enables you to pay for your call time in advance. You can use QuickDial from your normal touch-tone telephone at home, making it easy and convenient for you to pay for your phone calls. QuickDial gives you total control over your spending. You will need to purchase a QuickDial card and transfer the value of the card onto your telephone account (which is the same as your telephone number) by dialing 105 and following the instruction given by the system voice prompts. Call charges will be deducted from your account balance each time you make a call. A recorded message will inform you when you will need to add value to your account. What are the benefits of QuickDial? - You decide in advance how much you wish to spend on your telephone calls.

How does QuickDial Work? Scratch off the panel at the back of your QuickDial card to reveal your card number. Transfer the value on your QuickDial card to your telephone account by dialing 105 and following the voice prompts. Definition of QuickDial Account. As a QuickDial customer, you will have an account on the prepaid platform. Any call value added to your account will be stored on the prepaid platform. Your account number will be the same as your telephone number. Every time you make a call from your telephone you will use some of your QuickDial balance (the amount depends on the length of the call and the charge per minute.) To make a call you will need to dial 104 and follow the voice prompts. To check your account balance or add call value to your account, dial 105 and follow the voice prompts. Where can I get a QuickDial card? QuickDial cards are available from any Telecom Fiji's Customer Care Centre Fiji wide, Post Fiji, Tappoo's Home & Leisure stores, Courts Homecentres and selected retail outlets.

Terms and Conditions - A line rental of $9.00 (vip) per month and $3.06 (vip) administration fee per month is applicable to all QuickDial customers. These fees will be deducted from your account at the beginning of every month.
- A recorded message will inform you when you will need to top up your account.
- If you do not top up your account, your service will be put on "receive calls only" for two(2) days.
- If you still do not top up your account within this two days, you will be put on "receive calls only" for the next seven(7) days. During this period, you will be able to receive calls only.If you decided to continue with this service, you will need to purchase a QuickDial card and advise our Customer Care representative.
- If you do not recharge after the seventh(7) day, your service will be downgraded to "temporary out of service".
- If you still do not top up your account, you will be put on "Permanently out of service" for the next Six(6) months. If you decided to come back to the service, you will need to pay a reconnection fee of $11.25(vip) and purchase a QuickDial card.Upon topping up your account, all arrears(Line rental & Administration fee) will need to be recovered.You will need to top up with a value that is sufficient enough to cater for this arrears.
- You may apply for QuickDial service in addition to your Post-paid service.
- You may convert to QuickDial service from Post-paid service FREE of charge by making arrangement to settle any outstanding bill.
- QuickDial service will not be able to receive collect call. Customer can make calls to Telecom Fiji service numbers, Emergency numbers and make calls using Telecards, which will not affect his/her account balance.
- There is no Equipment rental charge for QuickDial customers.
- Customers wishing to convert to the post-paid facility from the QuickDial service will be required to apply through Telecom Fiji's Customer Care Centre. These customers will be required to pay the change of program fee and deposit to be determined by Manager Credit Control. Any unused balance in the customer's QuickDial account will no be refunded.
- Telecom Fiji reserves the right not to disclose to any party the details of calls initiated from the customer's account.
Eligibility - The QuickDial service is exclusively for residential customers and small businesses with three lines or less.
- A customer may apply for a dedicated QuickDial service in addition to the existing post-paid telephone.
- New customers or permanently disconnected customers will only be connected to the QuickDial services if there is cables circuit available.
- Customers currently on post paid and wishing to convert to the QuickDial service can do so with no conversion fee but conditions apply. These customers will have their meter reading at the time of their application and may receive a delayed bill for their post paid account which must be settle before the specified due date.
- Telecom Fiji reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of the QuickDial service.
