Objective

The objectives of the new service are:
-To allow customer to check their bill balance anytime from any telephone
-To improve on our Customer Care service.

New Automated Service

• Call 132132
• The voice prompt will ask you for your Account Number as it appears on your telephone bill
• Enter your Account Number by pressing the right digits on your telephone followed by # key
• A voice recording will inform you of your bill amount and due date of payment.

Bill Check Charges

Bill Check is a free Telecom Service all direct dial phones in Fiji, including EasyTel.Calls made from Vodafone, Prepaid service, Rotuma will be charged at normal rate.
