The incumbent will be the face and the voice of the company committed to exceeding customer expectations.
Attend to customer queries and complaints with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism and carry out necessary checks and follow ups.
Analyze customer issues and resolve where ever possible.
Sell Internet cards and assist customers to login to Kiosk and WIFI connections.
Provide assistance in printing, photocopy, faxing and scanning.
Provide IT base support on line where he or she can diagnose using internet related problems.
Ensure incidents downtime are immediately reported to the Immediate Team Leader or Manager
Perform face to face support whenever required.
Commitment to perform rotational work to other customer service area whenever required.
Able to work on rostered shifts basis and willing to work extra hours when required.
Adhere to approved process.
Perform daily cash banking.
Qualification and Experience:
A tertiary qualification in IT, Computing and Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in Customer Service experience. Experience in the usage of computers and office
software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
Excellent Customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good professional appearance.
Have a high level of accuracy and commitment to excellence.
