Ivan Fong: Chief Executive Officer

| Marika Vada: Head of Engineering
Mr. Marika Vada was appointed General Manager Engineering (Netco) in October 2009. He is responsible for the planning and implementation of the TFL’s Group infrastructure. Prior to this Mr. Marika Vada was the General Manager Customer Services for TFL Group. Mr. Vada has headed other sections within the company like Network & Technology, Customer Access Network, Planning and Development to name few. Mr. Vada has extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry spanning over 36 years.
Mr. Vada is an Engineer by profession and was instrumental in the development of Telecom Fiji’s radio, transmission and core switching network infrastructure.
Mr. Vada was appointed General Manager Change in 1996 leading the various change management initiatives to evolve Telecom Fiji towards a more customer driven organisation.
Mr. Vada is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Engineers, UK. He attended the intensive Harvard Business School Executive Management Program in 1995. He has served on various Boards including Ports Terminal Limited and Pacific Fishing Company Limited. |
| Samuela Vadei: General Manager Corporate Services Mr. Samuela Vadei is a solicitor by profession. He has spent over 15 years in the legal aspects of the telecommunications industry. He began his career at Telecom Fiji in 1993 as the Company’s Legal Counsel. Mr. Vadei was appointed Telecom Fiji’s Legal Counsel and Company Secretary in 2000. Mr. Vadei is currently TFL’s General Manager Corporate Services and was recently reappointed to the position in October 2009. He is responsible for all the legal aspects of the Company as well as managing TFL’s properties and fleet.
Mr. Vadei was also appointed Commissioner of Oaths of the High Court of Fiji in 1993, a position which he still holds. He has served as an elected member of the Fiji Law Society Committee in 1998 and 1999. Mr. Vadei has also served on the Board of Directors for Fiji Rugby Management Limited in 1998.
Mr. Vadei has a Law degree from Bond University in Queensland, Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane and was admitted as a solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court in 1992. |

| Richard Barghout: General Manager Retail
Richard Barghout was appointed as General Manager Retail for TFL on the 10th of January 2011.
Mr. Barghout has been in retail business industry for over 12 years, 8 of which were spent in telecommunication industry working for Telstra, Australia's leading and largest telecommunication company. He worked in several positions ranging from Telstra Shops to Management and Analytical Reporting. He then moved into Telstra Business Operations and Business Performance.
Mr Barghout is a result driven professional who focuses on improving the customer experience and service for Residential and Small Business Unmanaged customer segments via Customer Care Centers, TFL shops and internet cafés.
Mr. Barghout has a Computer Engineering degree from the highly notable University of NSW in Sydney, Australia and completed his MBA degree specializing in Strategy and Marketing in 2009 from the Australian Institute of Business Administration. He has also completed several business and management courses.

| Salaseini T. Nadakuitavuki : General Manager, Human Resources
Salaseini T. Nadakuitavuki was appointed General Manager, Human Resources TFL Group 15th February, 2010.
She has spent the last 18 years (out of a 27 year professional career) in Human Resources.
Mrs
Nadakuitavuki commenced employment in the telecommunications industry
after spending some time at the Fiji School of Medicine as the Manager
Human Resources. Prior to this, she had spent 26 years at the Fiji
Electricity Authority of which 17 years were spent in Human Resources.
Mrs
Nadakuitavuki recently attained a Post Graduate Certificate in HRM from
the Graduate School of Business at the University of the South Pacific
in 2009. She graduated with a Diploma and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in
Management and Industrial Relations from the University of the South
Pacific.
Mrs Nadakuitavuki is considered a fair yet firm decision
maker; by her peers, who is responsive, agile; and delivers consistent
good performance in the delivery of required outcomes.
Mrs
Nadakuitavunki is also a Board member of the Fiji Commerce Employers
Federation and an Executive Committee member of the Fiji Netball
Association.

| Salote Uluinaceva: General Manager Business Sales
Mrs Uluinaceva was appointed to the role on 17th January 2011 and brings with her 12 years experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications and Sales; 8 of which was at management level at TFL.
During this time, Mrs Uluinaceva was actively involved in the Change Management Program which spearheaded the organizational re-structure within TFL in 2004 – 2006. She has been instrumental in creating key initiatives to further enhance TFL’s corporate image. Mrs Uluinaceva successfully headed the National Sales Unit prior to being appointed to General Manager Business Sales. She has worked at the Fiji Development Bank and with the World Bank Volunteer Services in Washington DC prior to joining TFL.
Mrs Uluinaceva has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, Literature and Language from the University of the South Pacific (USP). She has presented papers at the USP Journalism Program and at the Asia Development Bank Good Governance Program. She has also been a member of the Media Council and is a graduate of Leadership Fiji.
