I just want to say thank you for what a great job Sajjen did in Pacific Harbour helping get my broadband going.
He was walking past my apartment to his car to go to the next job and I saw the Connect name on his car, asked him to help repair the modem problem as we had urgent emails to send. He came and did it straight away.
He was offered some IT work after hours by my colleague but he refused politely, saying that he respected his position and responsibility towards his employer, Connect, and would never do side jobs.
I wanted to let the manager of your maintenance team know what a good job he did and that his loyal attitude makes me feel good I am with Connect.

“I must congratulate the two staff that was on duty on Monday (27/10/08) evening (5:00pm - 6:00pm), if only I had written their names because they made me change my mind about the services you offered. The guy changed the password without any hassle and a few minutes later, a lady (I recognise her as the dark friendly one that comes out sometimes if we have technical problems) came online. She explained everything and was able to explain that when the error 916 or 619 it is to do with the wrong chord connection with the modem and laptop. So simple and so friendly.
I want to highlight this because it was the end of the day and everyone was getting ready for Diwali but they were able to be cool and assist.

“My name is Kay Thomas and live in mountain view, martintar, nadi...just wanted to let you know that recently i had a problem getting my computer to connect to internet and your staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient, in particular Taina, Jasmine and Arviin....they worked as a team and before i knew it, Arvin arrived and found the problem and replaced the modem.
I also had another problem yesterday afternoon Tuesday, 2nd September around 4pm....I was a bit dubious whether i could get help at this hour of the day but was wrong...the team in Suva office, Binesh and Masi worked on the problem being blocked from getting into Microsoft internet explorer....we tried a couple of things and Binesh said he would get back which he did and between he and Masi, i was able to restore my internet line to normal in no time at all! I was very impressed and appreciated their efficiency, reliability, courtesy, and team work...

Call received on DTerm 2117 @ 3:50pm thanking TFL for the wonderful service rendered as the villagers are now able to use cdma from their own house. They used to look for high cliff/peaks for better reception but TFL has however made it easier for them by installing another BTS in Nawaca , Bua.

Have just been advised that our line at West Motor Inn Tour Desk is

fixing the fault ASAP.
A Ms Lavenia Lunskis from Taveuni #8880513 called tonight at about 6.55pm
to acknowledge Suluia Naivalu's service which she rendered to a customer who
was trying to locate a number from an old address in Melbourne. Buna took an

A Special Thank You
I just wanted, on behalf of all residents at Oneva and "down the coast"
to thank you all for listening, hearing and being there for us to acquire this
wonderful service. I sent an email to all those who had registered for broadband
and the word is out. Everyone knows we have it and they are very thankful and
very happy. It's all I heard in town today, I think it will take another week
before we all settle down.
I've been hooked up 1.5 days so far and it is running really well, no "hiccups
or burps" yet. I feel like I'm a kid in the candy store still…and it was indeed a
pleasure to finally meet up with you Mika and Siti. I'm sorry I missed Isakeli,
